HOLY ROLLER is the only tank of the 1st Hussars and one of only two Canadian Army Sherman tanks to have survived the entire campaign in North West Europe from D-Day, June 6, 1944 to the end of the war in Europe on May 5, 1945. During that time the 1st Hussars lost 346 tanks but HOLY ROLLER survived.
It is a monument of national significance.
Battle Rattle Candle Company wants to assist in the heritage conservation project
of this proud veteran which is located in Victoria Park in London, Ontario.
Battle Rattle Candle Company donates 10% of net profits to Canadian veterans/military charities and organizations. In our special MEMORIAL SUPPORT gallery we have created individual candles to offer support to specific memorials, non-profits, etc. This gives our guests not only the opportunity to purchase some incredible and unique scented candles, but also to buy candles which include a $5.00 gift to a designated recipient. This is a chosen way to offer a gift to the charity/organization and in no way represents any official request by or association with that organization.
$5.00 from each and every HOLY ROLLER candle sold will be donated to the HOLY ROLLER Memorial Preservation Project.
